Hello Folks,
I am starting these thread to discuss new ideas to which policies could be setup on Signal. so far could think of data breach, layoff discussion, executive threats, brand protection and monitor any specific Telegram channel.

One use case we've been playing around with is the idea of 'horizon scanning' - Basically, extending your search efforts beyond your immediate brand/locations, to obtain wider situational awareness surrounding issue areas impacting the wider industry/competitors etc. Found it's a useful way to detect emerging threat trends/issue areas before they begin to impact your brand.
That and of course executive travel/event protection!

If I understood correctly, utilizing "Risk Center" option to geocode specific location and specify radius around it. Am I correct?

For travel/event protection? Yip, 'Risk Center' is a great source if you have it, but a few other good options.
Adding a few Global Feed widgets to your personal dashboard and then assigning filters. (i.e. filter one by the city name for high-level situational awareness, and then have a second feed looking for any global feed incidents mentioning the name of the event center/other related keywords). Signal is planning to ass geo-fence alerts for Global Feed soon as well.
We've also had success with targeted advanced search queries (especially with Twitter/X). Typically we run keyword searches for the event center, event name, center's street address, and any other points of interest nearby (i.e. locations).

I agree, but I guess Everbridge VCC is a good option for global situational awareness.
